Hello Boyan. Great points.
Forex Gold Investor has had a protection upgrade since the 12th of april to help protect the account. It’s version 1.94. So check that out, do some testing with it and see how it goes. I hope it helps with your challenges and funded accounts.
On the top of making the account unique, you could simply run a different EA on the account with small risk, small SLs, so there are a number of trades that don’t come from the first EA. Then it will show that your account is operating in it’s own parameters, making unique trades and not copy trading.

MondayTrading – true/false – enable or disable trading on Monday
MondayTradingHours – trading hours separated by comma. For example:
MondayTradingHours=22,23,0,1,2 – only during these hours the robot will be able to
trade.Looks like if you want to write 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23 then it’ll miss that last hour and first hour of the day, and missing those big spreads.

How are you?
It sounds to me like they think you were copy trading. But perhaps because the EA uses “web requests” and connected to that IP address, they think it may be copy trading?
Unless you allowed someone else to log in to your trading account?
Have you contacted their support to clarify or appeal the decision?
It might just be a simple misunderstanding and they lift the ban.

Here’s a little update about the Grid Master Pro from FX Automater:
As you can see when the account was started, the risk / lotsizes, this is a DarwinEx account, starting at $100,000 with a profit of 16%, minus some fees, and a floating -$4,365 at this time. Looks like it’s doing well over 2 months.

I loved the BotAGI, it was also going great for me, then I realised the SL is 10x the TP. That hit a couple times and wiped out the previous profits on demo, live accounts. I was running in on demo for a few months, close to 4 months before I put it on live accounts. All profits up till that point. Then I had some losses.
I thought it was amazing, but please be wary.
I’ve been meaning to write to the dev for the source code so I can change and modify the SL a little. He mentions in the MQL5 description that we’re welcome to contact him for the code.
So perhaps now is a good time to reduce the lot sizes in case of a loss, or contact the dev.

Hi Tijl, congratulations on your successes with DarwinEx and Dark Venus, and sorry to hear about the $1000 live account. Did you learn something from it?
Dark Venus can be bit of a beast, so perhaps going slower with it might be better in the long run, as this is a grid / martingale system, (which can be switched off) and can hit high DD quite quickly, depending on your lots and grid settings.
I noticed quite a bit of DD atm on your account, so be careful. Do you have DD protection on the account now? I’ve included some new set files below, check them out, do some testing with them, backtesting, or on a demo etc, and let me know your thoughts. I hope they help.
So maybe, for you, this could be a smaller gainer EA to work in as part of your strategy with other EAs? Use smaller, safer settings, to help it profit into the future.
How does that sound?

Though there’s been a bit of an issue with the EA recently. Just pause any live accounts until the new update comes out.

I didn’t backtest all possibilites, so I really appreciate your suggestions.
How are they going for you so far? How’s the forward testing going? And which broker’s data are you testing it on?
Here are 2 set files that I prepared on friday with some DD protection on them.
I haven’t tested them as yet. They have a -25% DD protection for the $3000 account on MT5 and a 2 or 3 % DD protection for a MT4 Prop firm account where -5% is the limit.
I believe it’s a “daily shutoff” protection too, so if the market is going crazy, it won’t enter after already losing that amount.Feel free to test them and let me know how you go. I will be doing the same.

How are you?
I see your broker is Pepperstone. In my country Pepperstone have a very LOW leverage of 1:30 or 30:1, which means I need a lot of money to trade small lot sizes.
Do you know which leverage is on that account?
Is that a live account?
Have you tested it on a demo account? Perhaps a larger demo account will have some trades.Can you check the journal tab? See if that gives any helpful hints.
And we found the 20202 system was performing negatively on our broker Blackbull for this demo and 1 live account. So I made that 20202 system inactive on both of the charts I’m running it on.
Where’d you find the recommendation for all those currency pairs? Or are you experimenting with them at this stage?

Hello Tyler (great name),
I’ve been using the Gold Investor robot, and it’s simply the default settings, with AutoMM 1 % and AutoMM_Max 2 %.
Though you’ll need to add a Max Daily DD protection which they’re rolling out at the moment i believe. We just lost a live funded challenge as the robot took a few negative trades within 1 day adding up to 0ver -5% DD for the day.
