    Hey Michal,

    For the Waka Waka, we asked the developer to provide us with a set file and we used it for our accounts.

    In this case, you can request a set file from the developer.

    Hello Ahmad,

    I checked your account and you have an active license until 2024-07-07. After looking into this in more depth, I found out that you have multiple registrations on our site related to your email address. I merged them into one registration. Please try to log in again using one of the passwords you used for the two accounts. If you see a message about a forgotten password, then you need to reset your password and going forward you will be able to easily login using the newly set password.

    So, the crypto robots are not working on cryptocurrency exchanges. You can see what brokers we are using that do use Metatrader in the link below:

    Hi Edina,

    That is actually the way to do it. Have you tried on a different broker?

    I think it could be that the robot might not be reading the historical data from this broker.

    Hi Boyan, these packages represent the same thing. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. If you click on the buy button on both, you will get the same discount as the product is the same. I suppose the left package was visible on the prop firms page which was not correct and we removed it from there earlier today. Just a reminder that tomorrow is the final day of our Top 10 app launch 50% discount. As Alan explained, the robots in the Top 10 Robots App and the Prop Firm Robots App are completely different and the strategies are different.

    This is how the Top 10 Robots App works. On powerful servers we use the Express Generator which generates over 8000 new strategies per market every day. Then we pass them via Acceptance Criteria and Monte Carlo. We merge them to our running collections (up to 100 strategies per market). On the weekend, we choose the best 30 for a market and upload them to the Top 10 Robots server. The strategies are kept in Top 10 until they perform well on virtual trading environment. We have strategies staying in Top 10 for more than a few months. All EAs here work on M15.

    The EAs from the Prop Firm Robots App follow the its own strategy and are created in a way to satisfy prop firms requirements. They work on different timeframes. Hope this makes sense and gives some clarity on the differences between the two web applications.

    Dear traders,

    We have placed the Top 5 Forex EAs from the Top 10 Robots App on a 200$ live account.

    We are choosing the 5 most profitable EURUSD robots on the Top 10 Robots App on the weekly timeframe and we are placing them in the account. We are checking everyday to see which is the most profitable one and we replace any robot that gets more profitable than the ones that are already trading in the account. To understand which robot is which, we just check the magic number that is displayed on each robot in the App.

    Hello Erlas, Marin here from tech support team. Upon checking your account I can’t find any email coming from your Academy profile email address.

    According to our Terms of Service, section for Robot Refunds, you would need to attach an evidence that the robots are not profitable to be eligible for a refund. It can be from a demo account with at least 7 days of trading or any other account that you have.
    Once you have at least a week of trading activity (no matter if it’s a demo or live account) please fill to proceed with the refund request.

    Hello, Marin here from tech support team. The FSB Pro comes only with a lifetime license. Bear in mind that we don’t offer it as a separate product. You need to purchase a bundled package which comes with EA Studio as well.

    I see the results. In this case, I would ask you to also try in a different broker and see if that has different results. But it could be due to the market conditions as well.

    So, you can see this stop loss and take profit calculator here: https://www.fxblue.com/market-data/tools/sltp-calculator

    You set the amount of your account, the lot size, the open price and the pair or instrument you want to trade and then that calculates the distance between the take profit and stop loss you need to have.

    Hello Charles,

    Upon checking your account I don’t see any access problems.

    You just need to visit the Prop Firm Robots app page (formerly the FTMO Robot) and from there you can download the EAs.

    In case you still have issues, please try login from a different browser which you haven’t used before (this is to check if cookies are causing the issue). If this is the case, then you would need to clean your browser cache and cookies to login and download the EAs.

    If this doesn’t solve the issue, please send a screenshot from the page to see the type of error message you see to our support email and we will debug this together.
