    Hi Sheldon,

Sorry to hear you are giving up. Did you know that 90% of traders never become successful? It takes time and effort to become a successful trader. Let me state “There are not any Expert Advisors that do not go through periods of stagnation (not opening trades for a period of time) and draw down (showing losses). Stagnation and draw downs are a fact of life the trader has to learn to deal with. The other thing I should point out is that ALL brokers or prop firms servers are somewhat different. One server can show an open trade during the week while another server with the same Expert Advisor may not show a trade for that same week. This is why I have come up with my own trading strategy where I test all the Expert Advisors for a week to see how they perform on the server I am using. By following my trading plan you will drastically increase your odds of being a successful trader. I encourage you to hang in there and learn to become a successful trader. You can communicate with me regularly and together we can get you to be a successful trader if you will put in the time.

Also, let me state I have been trading since 1985 and I have made all the mistakes. Over time I learned how to become a successful trader. I just wanted to share this with you so you would know where I am coming from when it comes to knowing how to trade.

Now about the refund. I am not an employee of EATradingAcademy. I am an independent trader and live in the United States. I am contracted to moderate the forum. Therefore, I do not have direct communications with the support team. To ask for a refund please contact [email protected].

    Hi Sheldon,

Right click on the blue hat in the upper right corner of the trading chart and click on Properties. From there you can change the magic number.

    Hi Gerardo,

The ForexProfitSupremeMeter is only available for MT4. To use it you would need to open a demo account with MT4.

You can use Euro’s with the Prop Firm robots.

    Hi Marco,

If you go to the Prop Firm Robot App, set the time period to Y1 and look at each robot you downloaded you can see how often each robot trades on average. For example: EURAUD right now says it had placed 52 trades over the last one year. This means it makes one trade each week on average. This will give you an idea how often you should expect the robots to trade.

Also, it doesn’t make any difference to the robots if your home currency in the US dollars or the Euro.

For reference, I have also added the following links to show you how I trade the robots. This might help to give you an idea on how you can devise your own trading plan.

    Hi fabber,

I know this can get quite confusing. I trade the Prop Firm app robots a little differently. I put all 14 robots on my trading account. I set the lot size to 0.01 lots and trade all of them for one week. I then pick the top performers and then change the lot size back to what it was when I downloaded the robots. The following links should give you an idea on how I trade the robots:

Also, there are three versions of XAUUSD. There is XAUUSD M5, There is XAUUSD M15, and there is XAUUSD M30. The XAUUSD M5 goes on the five minute chart, the XAUUSD M15 goes on the fifteen minute chart, and the XAUUSD M30 goes on the thirty minute chart.

    Hi Torbjorn,

Great! Happy to hear you found the solution. Thanks for letting me know so I can help someone else again in the future!

Be sure to test it out with small lot size to make sure everything is working as expected!

    Hi Niels,

The following links will take you to the topic where I trade the Prop Firm app robots.

    link 1
    link 2

These links show how I trade the robots but it is not the only way to trade them. Each trader must determine what works best for them.

    Hi Torbjorn,

When you installed the receiver did it not ask for a pw? I think it does. I have an EA that ask for a pw to install it but then after it is installed and I look at it properties the log in name and pw no longer show up. As a test can you open up a new trading chart in MT5 and reinstall the receiver and see if it ask for a pw. After the test you can delete the chart.

    Hi Torbjorn,

I didn’t see documentation for a second version. I will continue to research it.

    Hi Torbjorn,

The documentation says you need to use the broker account main password:

1.3.4Can I log in to the broker account using the read-only “investor” password?
The Sender account can be logged in to MT4/5 using the read-only “investor” password, because the Sender EA does not place trades.

The Receiver account cannot be logged in using the read-only “investor” password. The Receiver EA obviously needs to place trades, and so MT4/5 must be logged in using the master account password.

The heatbeat means the receiver is properly connected to the sender. However, the receiver still may not be able to place trades without the master pw.

    Hi Torbjorn,

I have been looking at the documentation. Are you logging into the receivers with your main pw?

    Hi Torbjorn,

I have not used the FXblue copy app but what you said is you added “x” to the suffix like this XAUUSDx. Maybe try XAUUSD.x and see if that solves the problem.

    Hi burakosova,

You can see how often the robots place trades on average by looking at them in the Prop Firm app. For example, the XAUUSD robot opens a trade on average once a week. I would expect you will see a trade develop next week.
