KeymasterHey Steve,
Actually, the 65 000 limitation comes from MetaTrader and not from EA Studio.
In most of my algo trading courses, I explain how to solve it but I have some youtube videos as well:
The solution is after 4:30 minute.

KeymasterHey Jordan,
I usually keep trading with the EAs all the time so I do not limit the timezone.
However, if you wish to trade the London and the NY that is fine. You need to calculate what time it is according to your broker.
You can see the timezone of your broker on the market watch on MetaTrader.
Then enter the opening of London as an entry hour and the exit hour should be the closing of NY, in your case.

KeymasterIf you set them to close at the last hour then all your trades will close.
For example, if you set it until 23:00 this means that all opened trades will close at 22:45 for M15, 22:55 for M5, and 22:59 for M1.
I am not sure if this is what you need?

KeymasterI guess this is because you set a limit hour as well. So the EA will close the trades at the last bar (in this case, at 19).
So when the trades are opened, the trades might not reach TP or SL and be somewhere in the negative for this short period of time, for example.
When you had the same strategy working all day long, the EAs were not limited in time.
What you marked in the first pic is ”by entry hour”.

KeymasterHey Mahmoud,
I usually update the coursed in the first week of every month.

KeymasterHello Amacaulay,
Good, you asked Mr. Popov, he knows the best about the data because he created it :)
Well, I use the Premium data in EA Studio and I use it on a few different brokers. All I do is set the symbol settings.
Have a look at that video:

KeymasterHey Samuel,
Yes, I update the pool at the beginning of every month.

KeymasterHey Steve,
The solution is to create the EAs again via EA Studio but use the Trading session hours.
Set them to Trade from 01:00 to 23:00. So they will not open trades in these hours when the broker does the break.

KeymasterHey Steve,
Glad to hear from you. There is no problem with the EA, but the issue comes from your broker, and I will tell you why.
If you look at the SL and the TP, they are exactly where they should be. The TP – SL = 36pips.
The issue is your entry price. With the first trade, it should be at 1.09632. This is where the EA wanted to open the trade, but your broker executed the trade at a different price and later! It was executed at 00:10:28 at not at 00:10:00 (which is 28 seconds later). Remember, the EAs work on the opening of the bar.
Now, most of the brokers make a break at midnight, and since you are trading on M5, it might happen that the broker does not offer quotes at that time.
A solution could be to pause the EAs 1 hour before and after midnight. You can do that from the working hours in EA Studio settings and export the EAs again to generate new ones with these settings.
If this happens during normal trading hours, then you better look for a different broker.

KeymasterHello Alann,
This is because this EA was created with FSB Pro and it supports only netting accounts. Not hedging.
The EAs from EA Studio work on both. But if you wish to trade with that EA, you will need a netting account.

KeymasterI am glad to hear that Samuel. No worries, I did the same at the beginning :)
We all come to algo trading with some presumptions and ideas and usually, the software proves that we were wrong.
Let me know if you have any issues and I will always assist.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey mate,
Glad to hear that, and welcome to the Forum!
Yes, I create and generate strategies daily, and everything that I find useful and valuable I drop in the Pool as a collection.
But keep in mind that you can use the pool and the collection if you have a license for EA Studio, so you can upload them back.
Cheers,
Petko Aleksandrov
KeymasterHey Jeramy,
When you place the EAs over the chart, in the inputs tab you can change the lots to whatever size you wish.

KeymasterHey Jeremy,
Yep, you are under the Fifo Rule.
Check out the FAQ section for the Fifo. We have some solutions in there.

KeymasterHey Samuel,
There is no issue with it. I can assure you. There is something that is stopping the EAs…
It could be correlation analysis, Monte Carlo or something else.
Can you attach some screenshots of how you use it?
