    Hey Andrew, since we solved your problem via email, for transparency for the other users who may have problems, please be sure you’re trying to download robots from the Prop Firm Robots app and not the Top 10 Robots app.

    Hi, can you please attach screenshots from the Experts and Journal tabs?

    The “Experts” contains the entire information about the attached expert, including opening/closing of positions, modifying of orders, the expert’s own messages, etc.

    The “Journal” tab contains information about the stated actions of the trader and the client terminal within the current session.

    Also what is the initial balance of your FTMO account and account currency (it should be USD as the EAs are created for USD account)?

    You can download a strategy and import it back to the Strategy Editor in Expert Advisor Studio. There you can see what are the indicators behind the strategy and their properties. You don’t need a license for EA Studio to do this.

    Hello, did you watched the video guides about the app? During the weekend we update the strategies and if our generator finds better strategies, we add them to the app and replace the once which are performing worse. This way you can always access the strategies that showed the best performance with the most current market conditions. We have a great detailed article about the Top 10 Robots app which explains the generation process and how the app works under the hood. Please take a look at it if you want to have a deeper understanding of the app.

    Hello Marco,

    Marin here from customer support team. We offer plenty of upgrade options. Usually you we will ask just to pay the remaining amount to upgrade if the upgrade happens in the same calendar year.     Hello, “Autotrading disabled by server” is a problem which comes from the broker who controls the server. You need to contact your broker and ask them to fix this.

    This is a known bug which has been resolved here. Please follow the instructions from this link to fill your details, then logout and login again. This will solve the problem.

    For transparency, we received your refund form submission on Sat, Aug 17, 12:30 PM. The request has been initiated from our site on August 18, 2024, 8:29 PM. It takes 5-10 working days (banking processing time outside of our control) for the money to be settled on your account.

    Hello Svetlin, we’re aware of this situation (check Nikos’ post in the forum). Most probably we will use a copy trading software like this one to copy the trades from a MetaTrader platform to the prop firm account. We’re still testing how it goes and will post an update once we IFF migrate to the new platform and we run tests.
