Unable to download Robots.

Hi ,

I have pucha0sed since 3 Jan 2024 the FTMO robots which is the lifetime update.

Why I unable to access the top 10 Robots to download..?

Please try logging in from a different browser and if that does not work, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and try again!

This is a known bug which has been resolved here. Please follow the instructions from this link to fill your details, then logout and login again. This will solve the problem.

Glad to hear that. In most cases we see that users are trying to download an asset for which they don’t have a license.

Same here, download not possible despite a valid lifetime subscription for FX pairs… Also – while I appreciate that a new pair was added, I don’t really understand why AUD or CAD pairs are not considered at all but instead another JPY pair was chosen…
