How can I request a refund?
The refund policy is described on our Terms of Service, section Refund Policy for Robot Purchases. We would need a valid proof demonstrating of the Robot’s lack of profitability (a screenshot from live or demo account with trading results for the last 7 days). You should write to support@eatradingacademy.com when and send us screenshots from your trading accout account where the profit from the EAs is visible.
Upon confirmation of the provided evidence, we proceed with the refund.
