How can I request a refund?

The refund policy is described on our Terms of Service, section Refund Policy for Robot Purchases. We would need a valid proof demonstrating of the Robot’s lack of profitability (a screenshot from live or demo account with trading results for the last 7 days). You should write to when and send us screenshots from your trading accout account where the profit from the EAs is visible.

Upon confirmation of the provided evidence, we proceed with the refund.
