Following the set up instructions from your u tube attachment 12:28 Top 10 EA’s complete guide, suggests click on the uploaded strategy and hit Test, am doing same but there is no Test option button to open the strategy tester.

Right click on smiley face, select Expert Advisors, then select Strategy Tester.
