I’ve been struggling with this problem for a long time and don’t know what else to try. It’s clear that the underlying causes can be different, from hormonal changes to stress, but I still wonder if there is a universal approach. I went to a dermatologist, but it seems that it’s not enough help so far. What do you think about using olive oil for the skin? I’ve heard that it can help moisturize, soothe inflammation, and even fight irritation. But I wonder if this is actually true. I’ve tried using it a few times, and basically my skin has become softer, but is it worth continuing?

I also used to have similar problems with acne and tried a lot of different methods. As for olive oil, its ability to soothe the skin is really impressive, but every body is different. Interestingly, many people wonder: is olive oil good for your skin? This is a fairly popular topic, and if you’re interested in more information, you can find additional research on this topic.
