Honestly the responsiveness of the customer service has really gone down the drain.  3 emails and no response.  Anyway, WILL THE PARAMETERS OF THE ROBOTS BE CHANGED SO IT CAN BE A CASE OF SIMPLY INPUTTING THE CHALLENEGE/PROP ACCOUNT SIZE RATHER THEN BEING PIGEON HOLED INTO PICKING 10K, 25K, ETC ETC AND THIS ALSO GOES FOR THE DD AND OTHER ONES TOO.

I think the EA’s are great …. for people using props like FTMO, however the prop I use works different.  It would be great if you could edit the account size so you can either type it in OR have all increments ie 10k 10.5k 11k 11.5k because the prop firm i use works on incremental increases when you pass a level.  ie 10k – pass increase by 50% on the account then 50% on that when you pass etc.  Otherwise I’ve paid for something I basically can’t really use.  Secondly can you add a 0% Daily loss or 10% since the firm I work with doesn’t have daily loss only overall so again makes it hard for me to use the EA’s.

I’m going to suggest this once again but can we have an account size drop down where you can put your own figure in and it auto calculates the rest for the bots.  It shouldn’t be that hard to do….I don’t use FTMO – I use a completely different prop firm that works on scaling up each successful round by a % and so fixed numbers like 10k 25k etc are useless to me except for the challenge phase.

Currently it is simple no daily drawdown just can’t hit 10% of the starting balance – account size is £10k with a profit target of 10% so this one is pretty easy to calculate.

I’m going to make this request again here since it’s been overlooked.  Surely there is a way of setting the amount of the challenge so it can be auto adjusted, I’m about to introduce a different prop firm that has challenges that has different challenge amounts – the prop firm robot can definitely be beneficial for this as the rules are also slightly different – however as you scale the challange amounts vary depending on the account type you have.  They are not as simple as 10k 15k 25k 100k etc, can this be adopted.

Any chance you can add other Prop Account levels, such as 300k, 400k, 500k and 1m?

Right now I can only see 4 FTMO bots – is this correct – I remember before there were at least another 2 in total…
