This is not working for me today, have all the details correctly filled in but i am stuck in a log on loop when trying to download the advisors, please help!?

Hi – This issue is happening to me, i cannot download the robot and keeps looping me to the logon page even though i’ve updated my contact details as per above “known bug”…. please help asap!
