Hello Guys,

Well i ve generated an EA using the forex historical data app from dukascopy on EA Studio, i imported the same data, to my broker mt4 platform and i made sure i customized the swap and commissions fees and all other settings on EA studio according to my broker symbol specifications, the problem is that while i am getting almost the same number of trades on EA Studio and Mt4 during backtesting for the same period, the results sill show huge difference in net profit… Is there everything else i have to look for? Knowing that i made the mt4 backtest on different modelling quality  and results on all data types show difference from EA Studio…

Any help is appreciated

Hello Richy, Absolutely bro ill, but dunno how much we can count on such tests bcz the EAs im testing work mainly kn the rollover hours where slippage occurs the most.. Despite m using a slippage monitor but it does nt make any sense bcz the slippage is only remarkable in real accounts..Overall im convinced in petko opinion.. Anyway ill keep u updated bro.. Cheers

Well tku Petko for the valuable infos,  first i thought this way, i mean mayb this spread filter will forbid the EA from executing many profitable trades and thus overall will make almost the same results, this is why i ve run 2 copies of the EA with spread filter and without to check their results a couple of weeks… Anyway thank you all guys..

well i am looking at FSB Pro, to set a specific distance in pips as a condition for each new added position, for example initial position: EURUSD BUY @1.0800 the next one 1.0780, next 1.0760,1.0740 and so on….distance of 20 pips for each new added position, as a condition to add . Is it possible in FSB Pro? or it has to be done manually in MQL editor?
