The usdjpy bot #1599046594 for quite some time used to appear at the top of the ranking of the best performing bots in the last year and the last 5 years.
Now I don’t see it in the ranking anymore, it disappeared from the list of bots.
Can anyone tell me by what criteria bots are removed from the ranking of the best performing bots?
I don’t think the criteria is for performance because until recently (two weeks ago) it was the best performing bot with a big gap over the second one (btcusd). -

It would be really great if the bots that do get removed go to another page of some sorts where we can still track them. The Robots are being changed frequently based on market conditions. I have robots that I am still running on my portfolio that have not been on the app for a few weeks already and they have still been performing well.

The process is as follows:
The Express Generator runs 24 hours a day, creating EAs based on certain criteria. Every Saturday, the Collections – old and new are analyzed and the best strategies are added to the app. The older strategies don’t disappear or get deleted, they’re kept and analysed weekly. Should one of the older strategies perform best on the backtest in that week, in relation to the others, it will be re-added.But, if you’ve downloaded the ‘old’ robots, and you have them trading on a another account – demo or otherwise – you still have access to them and can use them at any time.
Thanks,
Ilan

Hi Ilan,
I noticed on Saturday that the entire top 10 EAs in the Prop Firm list were replaced (I didn’t compare beyond that). That would indicate that all the new EAs are considered better than those available last week.
Could you give some insight into the analysis and selection criteria, please? What determines the best strategies each week?
Thanks, Brendan

Ilan, would you suggest downloading all robots anyway and still trade them on demo account even when they are no more in the app? Anyway I agrre with Richard. It would be great to have them available in another archive. Thanks Valentina

Hi Valentina,
I get your point, but the whole idea behind the app is to have the best EAs, without having hundreds running on demo accounts. To eliminate demo trading.
The EAs don’t disappear. They are still in our collections, and they are validated against historical data – the last 5 years – every Saturday. So, the best EAs/strategies are always in the app. That’s why you might see an EA that was created 80 or 90 days ago, and added 18 days ago for example.
Thanks,
Ilan -

When I put the EA in MT4 I have a smile face but never the indicators, is it a pblem? Is it going to affect the final outcome?

No, this doesn’t affect the performance. To show the indicators on the chart, you can enable (set to true) the setting for this from the expert properties.
