Hi @kenheung05gmail-com, this means that the protections have been activated. If you’re on a brand new account, then you’re using EAs which are not created for the account size you’re using them. If it’s an account that has been active for a while and the balance is not the starting balance, you can use the custom export option to adopt the robots to this account size.
