      i’ve purchased FTMO robot back in October.

      I can go into the FTMO app however,

      I can’t download any of the robots in the app for some reason, saying i need to log in and i need to have an active plan.

      Can someone help me?

      Hi, I found your order from October 31, 2023. You do have a lifetime license. Please try deleting your browser cache and website cookies and then access the Prop Firm Robots App again. Everything should be working fine after that.

        Hello, there was a caching issue with your access. Please logout and login again and try to access the app again. Problem should be solved now.

      Hello, I have already purchased the EA (the Prop Firm Robots App) produced by your company.

      I would like to ask, besides FTMO, do you have any other recommended proprietary trading firms?

      When I use the Prop Firm Robots App and set the risk to 0.5% of the total current funds while running multiple EAs, the decrease in margin causes differences in order size and risk.

      If we break down the 0.5% risk based on the number of instruments, let’s say 3, then each instrument would bear a risk of 0.5% / 3 = 0.166%.

      Is there a way to maintain consistent risk for each new position across different currency pairs? Rather than having varying risks due to the decrease in margin.

      Hi all, the problem has been solved for anyone who wrote here in the topic. For anyone else, either DM us at Facebook or go to your Account details and verify that all the mandatory fields filled. This would solve the issue with your access. If you’re having a missing info for your account, then the apps won’t be able to properly display your names.

      I bought ea for propfirms and it work very bad. 7 loses and 1 win trade. I can’t do a strategy with that robots.

      I need to get refund because it was written that there is no risk. And i can get my money back if there is no result.

        For transparency, we received your refund form submission on Sat, Aug 17, 12:30 PM. The request has been initiated from our site on August 18, 2024, 8:29 PM. It takes 5-10 working days (banking processing time outside of our control) for the money to be settled on your account.

      I’m having the same issue i have deleted my cache and also checked my account details to see if is correctly filled please help.

      Just to confirm i’m not able to download ea stating that I dont have an active subscription even though i bought lifetime access.

      What do you advise that i do.

      I tried both incognito and different browser method and it still didn’t work.

      Whenever i have logged in and go to the prop firm page in the top left corner where it used to have my name it still says log in even though i have.

      I also noticed on my account that the lifetime prop firm plan isn’t showing up and it says i have no active plans.

      please help

        Hey Andrew, since we solved your problem via email, for transparency for the other users who may have problems, please be sure you’re trying to download robots from the Prop Firm Robots app and not the Top 10 Robots app.
