      I have purchased the “Ultimate Pack”. A few days later I received login data.

      I tried to log in with the login data, but it did not work. After that I tried to reset the password, but I did not get a confirmation email.

      Then I wrote to info@eatradingacademy.com and explained the problem.

      The next working day I received a new e-mail with old login data. Dialing in did not work again. Re-registering with the e-mail address did not work either. I have tested 2 different browsers and had the same result.

      Can an admin help me further?

      once again I have a problem.

      I can’t access many EAs that are offered in courses.

      As a message it says something like “The item may have been deleted, expired, or you do not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of the item for more information.”

      I’ve already emailed support but haven’t heard back. Even though I have no problems with my email provider, I guess the email did not reach eatradingacademy support.

      I would be grateful for any further help.
