So, are you using the same account type for example, is it raw spreads on the one account and standard on the other or the same type?
What I would say here is to try a different broker. You can see the brokers we use and what has worked for us here: https://eatradingacademy.com/trusted-brokers/
Maybe the conditions of the broker is not the best.
