Yes the money is returned to the payment method you used when making the initial order payment. It takes 5-10 business days from the moment we initiate the refund (this is the moment when you received the automatic email from our platform) until the money will be available in your card. In most cases it takes less time but this would depend on the payment processor you’re using.
