After I did all the possible tests of the V6.0 version on an FTMO trial account strategy tester, today I also tested on my chosen prop firm. Unfortunately, it does not have a demo account and I can only test it on the strategy tester.
I used exactly the same parameters as with FTMO, but the results are absolutely completely different. Profit 4 times lower in some pairs, loss in some pairs that are very profitable at FTMO and others of this kind.
Maybe the historical data is the problem, because whatever test they do the historical data is 63%.
If you can tell me what could be the reasons for these strange test results. And if I could do something about it.
And if the broker’s data is to blame and I can’t do anything, if I can trust the tests at FTMO in the future. Because I assume that the differences cannot be very big.
