I think what you could do is set an alert to your phone when a trade is executed, then if you understand trading you can then see where it opened a trade and see if it’s near a supply demand etc. You could also do this to adjust tp etc but keep in mind this advice would be for experienced traders only.
I would certainly close any profits. Especially with events like interest rates, FOMC etc.
