I have round 100 EA for EURUSD 15M, and 10 of them is pretty useful and works good. But… they are placing SL and TP so randomly, and always too high, or the SL much higher than the TP. There is one example:
So as you can see, the randomly generated Stop Loss and the Take Profit is so inconsistent. (by the way, this EA got around 6k profit from 300 dollars in 4 years).
So, there could be two solution:
1: Let the EA works, how it should be, and using trailing for every market and EA. There is one example, why it can be useful:
An of course, after its almost got the TP, turned around and started to go up. Zero profit from the SELLs.
2: Manuall interraction:
I started to change every EA and SL-TP manually. Changed every SL and TP for the same amount of pip. 20-60, 25-70.
After a new minutes, its started working a little bit strange, as you can see in the picture. _
EA number same, TP and SL same, but the SL got the 70 pip, and the TP got the 25, not as I wanted.
So I have 2 question about this issues:
How can we turn on the trailing manually, and how can we change the SL-TP numbers and use it in the correct way, and not like mine?
For everyone:
After 1 and 2 weeks, dont say EA is bad and not works and so on. Its depends on you. Your time and the maintenance. Just take a few minutes in every week and strat to investigate, why is it not works in proper way.
On my first week, i had -1%, now I have 3-5%. Just with the manual interraction. But after this problem fixed, hopefully, It will not take hours in every day and week, just minutes, for check them.
