InactiveHi Petko,
Two questions please;
1) Where are the 99 monthly EA updates published for downloading?
2) Also, I bought the 10 Portfolio EA course, but when I saved the EA’s they won’t attach to my charts. The yellow icon is greyed out, what did I do wrong in saving them?

InactiveHello Chao,
Glad to hear from you.
1. The new 99 EAs are just on the same place as the old ones. Let me know which course are you talking about, and I will tell you the number of the lecture.
2. I guess you failed to compile the Experts. Make sure you are on MT4 and not MT5. The Portfolio experts are working only on MT4.
If you are on MT4 just click one of them and it will open you the Meta Editor. Click on Compile above and see if it will work.Let me know how it goes, attach some pictures or screenshot so I can see better.
Kind regards,
Petko A -

InactiveHi Petko,
1. I found the updated EA’s in the body of the Udemy course notes. I wouldn’t have thought to look there but all good now.
2. Thank you, I’ve compiled the Experts and they’re attaching to the charts perfectly now.Thank you for your help, and keep up the great work with the courses and Blogs.
I have 5 of the courses now and love each one to pieces.CC

InactiveHey Chao,
Glad to hear you have fixed it, and most of all glad to hear that you liked my courses. That makes me very happy and satisfied from my work.
You are not the first one that can not find the EAs in the courses, I will look for a better place so they will be more visual.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards

InactiveHi Petko,
Is there any way to compile the November 99 EA’s in bulk?
I can do one by one but prefer to do all at once.
I’m trying to attach to run on a demo for one month.
Oct 99 EA demo going well so far. Also, Petko would you ever consider a chat room on Slack where we pay for a subscription, can follow your trades and even set up a copy trade subscription where we follow a set portfolio that you create (mirror trades)
I was a member of BK Forex based in the USA and they were running this system. The subscribers loved it and the fees were $1000 per year so with the 300 subscribers they had, was good money for them and subscribers could learn in real time and make the fee back easily.
You could do something similar with the EA portfolios and additionally, we can learn from you how you trade manually in real time throughout the week, keep up with news etc etc. Thanks Petko,
Chao. -

InactiveHello Chao,
I am glad to hear from you.
Do you mean to put the EAs in one Portfolio Expert Advisor? It is possible with EA Studio, but actually you will need to have 3 different Portfolio Expert Advisors for each currency pair. But yes you can make it, if you have watched my Trading Portfolio Expert Advisors course, I have shown the process there.
Most of the companies that are doing such rooms are aiming exactly at the fees and subscribers. Something I want to stay away from.
During the years I found that the online courses are the easiest way to share my systems and knowledge.
Also, I am happy when I build traders, not copiers. What I mean is that you can use such rooms to copy, and once the room is gone, you are lost and you can not trade. When you learn how to do it, you can do it even alone. That is the idea.
Kind regards,

InactiveHi,
I am very new in this EA Studios. Please help!
I have downloaded 2 EA from Petko’s youtube for testing; XAU EA & BTC EA on 2 consecutive days. The XAU first runs well and I am still on the demo account. On the next day I download and install BTC EA, the pair that was traded is XAU instead of BTC. I stopped the EA and drag the file again to the chart and same thing happened. I contacted my broker and they told me to contact you. Can anybody help if I click something wrong? Or do I miss a certain step?
I hereby attach my MT4 printscreen with EA Studio BTC running on BTC chart with a smiley face and below the traded pairs are XAUUSDm instead.
Thank you!
Regards,

InactiveHi Wawa,
Why is it that you think the BTC EA is trading XAU??
It looks to me that the BTC Ea just hasn’t made any trades yet which is highly likely on an H1 EA that has only been on demo for a couple of days.
IF you closed all your trades and chart and then ONLY had a single Chart open that was BTC with the BTC EA then I would believe it’s trading a different currency.
I am however very sure that is not what is happening.
Also it doesn’t matter what the EA says (ie wether it is for BTC or XAUUSD) it is the chart it is attached to that will be traded.

InactiveAdditional, my guess is that there is a minimum lot size issue as this is for BTC. Check your experts tab to see if there are any errors.
It’s likely that if you increase the lot size to 1 for the BTC Ea that it will start trading.
Also I would suggest that you see how things look when you run it through the backtester as this could likely highlight the issue ( and also show how often you should expect it to trade in a week)
Hope that helps you get to the bottom of things? :-)

InactiveHi,
i have downloaded the three free EA Strategy from Petko but when I load them up into the live accounts with small amounts for trial it keeps turning off, non of the XAUUSD, EURUSD,BTCUSD works. they are all the same per the image below.
What I have done? I have downloaded the EA Strategy from EAtrading Academy website, I then compile them in the MT5 then I load them up. I have tried in black Bull, and IC Market and it didn’t work in both trading of the platform.
Please can you advise.

InactiveThank you for the screenshots Stephen!
From what I see, you can placed the US500 EA to US30 which is a complete different asset. You need to place US500 chart instead of US30.
Search for the US500 or SP500 asset from the symbols and drag it to the chart.
Hope this helps!
If you have any other questions, let me know!

InactiveHey zyber,
It seems that you need to change the minimum equity settings from the EA properties.
If you would like to share a screenshot of the settings, I can assist you better!

KeymasterHey Humberto,
All looks good. When market conditions trigger the strategy rules, the EA will open trades. You can run a backtest to get an idea of how active this EA was in the past.
Cheers,

ParticipantI am new to EA’s. I recently purchased an EA called Forex Fury, and then I discovered EA studio, and generated 30 EA’s and installed them too. I can’t work out why, but none of the EA’s have opened a single trade, even after 5 days. To test if my rules were just too strict, I made a very basic EA for the M1 chart that is meant to open a trade whenever the Candle turns red or green. In the graph on EA studio, It shows constant trades opened and closed every minute and quickly blowing the account. I installed this test EA on my mt4 demo and nothing happens. I even used the strategy tester in MT4 and it shows it should have traded that very day.
It’s probably not an EA studio problem as my forex fury EA’s have not worked either.
So to give as much information as I can:
-I have auto trading enabled in the tool bar above with the smiley face in the corner
– I am using mt4 demo programs downloaded from the Blackbull markets secure client area.
– In expert adviser properties I have checked all the Allow boxes, and even tried unchecking the Disable boxes.
Is there something I am missing?

ParticipantNevermind, I figured it out, I was using the greyed out currency pairs, I had to right click and select Show all, and then select my brokers tradable pairs. (they had suffix at end of symbol, eg GBPUSDp
