Once we have the vps running, espeically looking at a mac computer, how do we get the ea’s created to the vps? Do they need to be emailed or put in a dropbox/google drive to download?

I can answer that because I’m on a Mac too.
So I use Microsoft Remote Desktop to access my VPS. You can share files and folders from your Mac directly in the VPS. You do so by simply edit the PC then go to the “folders” tab and add whatever you want to be shared with your VPS.
For example I create a “VPS” folder that I share with my VPS.
