It’s very disappointing that there’s just no way to get intouch with the people here at EA Trading Academy. I’ve left items in the forum, I’ve sent emails and no response. Why can’t there be someone in charge to monitor at least the emails?
I was informed that due to an excessive amount of spamming coming in on their side alot of our messages are getting lost. They’re working on setting up a new system which will include a section where you can submit a ticket for issues, advice, etc. Hopefully by the end of next month.
Hi, I completely understand your frustration. We’re working on a new system that will make customer support much faster and easier. Also we might offer priority support for users who actually purchased products from our website. In the meantime you will receive a reply to your emails as soon as our support team reach the queue.
