NY and London Trading Sessions Settings

Hi, I was wondering about the generator/tools/trading session.

What time zone are trading these sessions for?

Monday – Thursday 00:00 – 24:00
Friday 00:00 – 24:00

I want to trade the London and US session only what time settings can you suggest?

Hey Jordan,

I usually keep trading with the EAs all the time so I do not limit the timezone.

However, if you wish to trade the London and the NY that is fine. You need to calculate what time it is according to your broker.

You can see the timezone of your broker on the market watch on MetaTrader.

Then enter the opening of London as an entry hour and the exit hour should be the closing of NY, in your case.
