You are trying to open a 0.6 lot but you are telling the EA the max lot size is only 0.4 so no trade is taken. Max lot size needs to be increased to 0.6 then the EA will only take 1 trade at a time. I recommend trading on a demo account until the EA shows steady profits then go live. Or, if you already have a live account I recommend a small lot size until EA starts to show profits and then increase lot size. This will help to reduce losses!
