i’m sorry but where can you get top10 EAs?
Hey Arnis, you can find the robots in the Materials tab next to Instructor. The tab will be visible only to users who have access to the course. You can find the updates in the very same place.
I have access to the course i passed them, but i have only 3 tabs (Overview, Curriculum, Instructor).
Hi Martin, I also don’t see that extra tab, actually in 2 different courses (two that I have finished).
Although, going back to a relevant lecture does the trick.
By the way, in the course “21-Day Ultra Algo Program”, the first set of robots can be downloaded from lecture 20 without any problem. However, the scaling robots attached to lecture 29 cannot be downloaded (for me). I have tried a couple of browsers and computers. Looks like the problem may be with OneDrive (where that zip file is stored). Maybe you could check it.
Hello Jacek, the Materials tab is a new feature that we’re just rolling out and we’re testing it for a few courses. From the next month this should be the main way do download the courses EAs from a single place. I’ll check what’s the case with the EAs from lecture 29 (please post similar questions in the relevant course/forum topics in the future).
I can not find the free top 10 robots either
Check the 3rd lecture as well, we just added the EAs there too.
Where are the EAs ?
Where are the EAs ?
You can find them in the Materials section next to Instructor tab, and in lecture #3 as well.
Now says course blocked
Please try again now.
Hi,
1. Is the Top10 Robots are lifetime in this course? and with monthly updates?
Hello, we update the robots that come as external resource files to each of our courses every month, this one is no exception.
Hi,
What is the difference of Top 10 Forex EAs Lifetime Access €1490 versus Best Robot Trading App Course + 10 Free EAs Monthly ?
I mean I get confuse of the Top 10 EAs Lifetime Access and the free 10EAs from the course, are they both lifetime access and lifetime updates if I purchase the course?
With this course you get 10 robots – 1 from each pair from the top 10 app. This is the top EA by the time of robot upload. You can access the robots as zipped file as a resource to this course.
The lifetime access to all forex EAs via the app, gives you access to all 60 forex EAs which come with weekly auto updates, backtest charts, timeframe filters, plenty of export options, and etc.
Are these 10 robots in the course a one-time fee? Do I have access to 10 EAs that are updated every month in the course price? How long do I have access to the application where I can download the top 10 EAS? Is it the same mechanism as with propfirm EAS from PETKO? Do I have access to the top 10 EAs paid for 1 month, 1 year, or for life?
The payment is one-time and you get lifetime access to the course content and the attached resources. The 10 EAs which are attached as course materials are updated every month around 5th-10th day of the month. The course DOESN’T give access to the Top 10 App. The robots in the course come from the app, but they are updated once a month (while if you have a license for the app you get weekly updates there). The Prop Firm Robots app was inspired by the Top 10 Robots app, you can learn more about the Top 10 App creation here: https://eatradingacademy.com/top-10-robots-app-complete-guide/
Hi, Thank you a lot for this course / The 10 EAs you’ve shared from the top 10 EAs App. I have just one question please : I understand that there is an monthly update for the 10 EAs you’ve shared here, and that is pretty awesome for the price you’ve set, but how can I know when the update is made and how can I download it (2 questions in fact… ^^ ;)) ? The Materials section next to Instructor tab no longer appears since I finished the course. Best regards, Charly
Hey Charly, the Materials tab is a new feature that we’re still testing and it will be fully functional for the next EAs updates. We update the EAs at the beginning of every month, around the 5th-10th day. By then, you can download the EAs from lecture #3 in the course.
Hello, in the course section called “How to manage the Trading Robots”, at 1:48 minutes into the video, you are showing the Results/Live Trading section of your website. Today I went to look at your website and saw for instance that “Top 5 EuroUSD on Monthly (Top 10 App)” robot is in 1st place (as of 9/23/24). How can we know which specific robot this is? Is it #5 in the EuroUSD lineup? Or is it the robot that is currently attached to the course?
Thank you,
Matt
I agree with Matt that such information would be really helpful. I would also think that when such a bundle is released, it would be very helpful to have latest results attached in the zip file (a screenshot would do).
My take is that we need to run one live and one demo account with such a bundle, where demo will run all included robots all the time, where live will have the currently worst performing robots disabled (based on the attached info and demo account results).
Lastly, I think that instead of asking people to modify the code to enable/disable a particular robot is not the most user-friendly way of doing it. Exposing Enable/Disable buttons in EA bundle UI would be much less error prone / faster. If needed, I can look into how to add such code.
Thank you,
Jacek
Hey Jacek, this information is already available. Let me explain how you can find it.
In our accounts with the Top 10 EAs we follow a naming convention which allows traders to easily understand what and how do we trade. The naming of all of our Top 10 EAs accounts looks like this:
Top N ASSET on PERIOD (Top 10 App).
N – the number of EAs we’re using in this account, usually we trade with 3-5 EAs.
ASSET – the pair, e.g. EURUSD, USDJPY and etc.
PERIOD – this is the stats period from the Top 10 App, the available options here are: 1D (daily charts, or last 24 hours), 1W (weekly charts, last 7 days), 1M (monthly charts, last 30 days), 1Y (last 1 year charts), 5Y (last 5 years charts).
As for having enable/disable in the UI, honestly I believe this would create more stress rather than bringing actual benefit. Currently, for each pair in the Top 10 App there are 12 robots. The system we use is daily to pick the top performers and trade only them. If there was a UI button for enable/disable EA we would end up having 12 charts just for the robots from the app. Usually we add a few more charts for the FXBlue track record EA and our results tables. Managing that number of charts is complex even for more experienced trades and won’t save much time. With the same success a trader can download and compile all robots at the beginning of the week and if they want to trade with the daily top performers, just create a new folder for each day in the Data Folder in MetaTrader platform, and copy-paste the EAs they want to trade with every day.
Hi Marin, I think that we are not talking about the same thing. I was referring to the course “Last Month best Robots + 30 EAs Every Month”. This course includes 3 portfolio bundles each with 10 robots included.
As far as identifying those included robots, here is what I see when downloading those bundles:
1. lesson “Forex Trading with Portfolio EAs” has a download link
2. downloaded zip file name
2.1. “Last Month Top EAs + 30 Strategies.zip”
3. inside folder structure
3.1. “МT4 EAs August 2024”
4. included portfolio EAs
4.1. “Portfolio Expert EURGBP H1.mq4”
4.2. “Portfolio Expert EURUSD H1.mq4”
4.3. “Portfolio Expert GBPUSD H1.mq4”
Looking at the code, I couldn’t find any references to those numbers that would identify those robots (the way you described), although maybe I missed it. Maybe you could check those zips that as well.
As far as enable/disable in the UI, I was referring to those bundles above. I think that there is no reason to argue whether such UI changes would be beneficial or not for the user, rather let the users decide for themselves.
I have modified those portfolio EAs already, and the minimal (menu) UI is just a button (“Strategies”). Once that button is clicked, it shows all bundled EAs, identifies them by ID, Magic No, and let the user to enable / disable it and eventually close all pending orders. I have the UI part working right now and will need to add the code to do those actions (enable/disable is mostly done), close pending should not take long. Unfortunately, I don’t see a way to attach screenshots in this thread.
Once I get the code working (later this week), I will email it to you, so you can check it out to see how it works.
Hey Matt, if it says “Top 5 EuroUSD on Monthly (Top 10 App)” this means that at the account we trade with the top 5 EURUSD robots from the 1M (monthly) charts. If you see 1W, this is the weekly chart and etc. If it says top 5, then these are the first 5 EAs from the app from this pair (which are the 5 EAs with the most profit). There is a track record link for each account and you can visit FXBlue and see which is EAs we used every day.
Hello Marin,
This is very helpful. Thank you.
Matt
Hello,
I would also like to know about settings related to the size of a demo (or real) account. For instance, I have one demo account worth $100,000. Are the current EA settings correct for this account? During the video, Petko seems to advise that the settings are correct for a small account (a few thousand dollars). How about for a $100,000 or $10,000 account?
I am asking because my current $100,000 demo account made $11 over the last few days. I am happy that it is making money, but it is not enough to justify a theoretical $100,000 investment.
Thank you.
Hey mate,
I avoid recommending trading amounts, but usually, for the FX pairs, I want to have $100 in the account for every 0.01 lot traded. This means:
$1000 with 0.1
$10 000 with 1 lot
$100 000 with 10 lots
But that is too risky however it is the margin requirement I am talking about.
So I would go for 1 lot in 100k account if I want to risk around 1% per trade.
Hello Petko,
This is very helpful. Thank you.
Matt
Hi Petko –
Say I’m trying to download the latest versions. From 12/6. It takes me to a directory but I don’t see how to download the actual files. Am I missing something?
Mike
Hi Mike, please try again now. We zipped the robots for easier download.
